Automotive Body Builder

Qualifications:

• Minimum 10 years of experience as an Automotive Body Builder or similar role.
• Expertise in vehicle modifications and assembly work.
• Experience in the 4×4 market is highly desirable.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and assembly instructions.
• Proficiency in using hand and power tools for precise assembly and fitting.
• Strong attention to detail, with a focus on quality and safety

Responsibilities:

• Assemble and fit ute tray systems and related components.
• Perform vehicle body modifications, such as suspension upgrades and accessory fitting.
• Ensure all assemblies are aligned, secure, and meet quality standards.
• Inspect and test completed installations to confirm functionality and safety.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and workspace to ensure efficiency and safety.
• Collaborate with the team to meet deadlines and improve processes.
• Physical work involving lifting, bending, and the use of tools.
• Workshop-based with occasional tight deadlines.
• Collaboration with a team to complete projects efficiently
