Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years work experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are crucial for interacting with employees, vendors, and stakeholders
Responsibilities:
- Manage all travel arrangements for the Board of Directors, including booking flights, hotel accommodations, ground transportation, and any special travel need
- Monitor and reconcile travel expenses, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints and company policies
- Establish and maintain relationships with travel agencies and service providers to negotiate rates and contracts
