RETAIL STORE MANAGER

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years experience
• Strong leadership and customer management abilities.
• Customer service-oriented with in-depth knowledge of basic business management processes.

Responsibilities: 

• Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and smooth functioning of fuel station and convenience store.
• Assist with advertising and marketing.
• Maintain awareness of market trends in the retail industry, understanding forthcoming customer initiatives and monitoring what local competitors are doing.
• Ensure that safety protocols are followed by both employees and customers and keep an eye on fuel prices, which fluctuate daily according to the market, and apply those prices to the gas sold at the station.
• Locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
• Tracking sales figures, meeting sales and financial goals, and creating an environment to increase sales
• Provide training to improve the knowledge base of the staff and use cross-training methods to maintain productivity.
• Secure merchandise by implementing security systems and measures.

• Valid passport (not less than a year before expiry)
• Valid NBI clearance (not less than 6 months before expiry)
• 2 x 2 recent picture (at least 2 pcs)
