Qualifications:

• With previous employment as a server in an upscale dining establishment or a renowned international hotel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and customer-focused attitude.
• Neat and professional appearance.
• Basic math skills for processing payments

Responsibilities:

• Warmly welcome guests as they enter the restaurant & escort guests to their assigned tables and provide menus.
• Knowledgeably describe menu items and specials to guests, take accurate food and beverage orders from patrons, noting any dietary preferences or restrictions & relay orders to the kitchen and bar staff promptly and accurately.
• Serve meals and drinks to guests in a timely and efficient manner & Ensure the correct presentation of dishes and drinks.
• Set up and clear tables efficiently before and after each guest’s meal & ensure tables are properly set with clean utensils, glassware, and linens.
• Present bills to guests and handle payments accurately & provide change, process credit card transactions, and maintain a secure cash register.
• Adhere to strict hygiene and sanitation standards & follow safety protocols.
• Build positive relationships with guests by providing exceptional service & address customer complaints or concerns professionally and promptly.
