EXECUTIVE SECRETARY

Qualifications:

• Male applicants
• With minimum 3 years relevant work experience
• Experience as an administrative secretary and other clerical experience is required, and knowledge of accounting is preferred.
• Must be proficient in computer programs and applications, and must possess excellent communication skills.

Job Description:

• Maintains the executive’s agenda, plans appointments and meetings, attends meetings and takes minutes, manages correspondence, arranges travel, maintains records, and assists in various administrative tasks.
