SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR / IT MANAGER

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years work experience
• Graduate in IT or any related course

Responsibilities:

• Direct the integration of IT operations, computer hardware, operating systems, communications, software applications and data processing.
• Manage the system configuration and operations.
• Provide work direction and participate in the construction, installation, operation, maintenance, inspection, and repair of electronic communications and other various systems. Responsible for database back up.
• Keeping all computer equipment running smoothly as well as ensuring that staffs are able to interact with equipment successfully.
• Monitor the systems daily and respond immediately to security or usability concerns.
• Upgrade systems and processes as required for enhanced functionality and security issues resolution.
• Comply with Software, Hardware and Operating system requirements.
• Provide advanced technical support to staff.
• Install and test computer-related equipment.
• Administer infrastructure, including firewalls, data base, malware protection software and other processors.
• Create and maintain database of all IT related devices.
• Maintain and develop the ICT infrastructure to ensure best value and to support fit for purpose systems and solutions. Maintain local and wide area networks and support remote working.
• Implement and develop policies relating to ICT, Information and Security.
• Deliver the Statutory roles and licensing requirements relating to ICT, Information and Security.
