Qualifications
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a workshop environment, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Experience in managing staff, scheduling work, and ensuring workshop productivity.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to motivate and delegate tasks effectively. Knowledge of workshop safety procedures and regulations
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of mechanics, technicians, and support staff.
- Provide direction, guidance, and supervision to ensure a productive and efficient work environment.
- Plan, organize, and coordinate daily workshop activities.
- Schedule and prioritize tasks, ensuring timely completion of repairs and maintenance jobs.
- Develop and manage budgets for the workshop, including expenses for materials, tools, and equipment.
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of mechanical equipment, vehicles, and machinery.
