Cleaner for the kitchen

Qualifications:

• At least 2-5-years’ experience as a Cleaner for the kitchen
• Must have a Vocational Course on related field
• Candidates must have passport.
• Can communicate in English language.
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
• Sound knowledge of food safety regulations
• Proven experience cleaning in kitchen setting
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
• Candidates must be highly responsible and reliable.
• Ability to work cohesively as part of a team

Responsibilities:

• Cleaning all dishes, workstations, cooking equipment, and food storage areas in accordance with food safety regulations.
• Washing, chopping, shredding, and grating ingredients for subsequent use by the chef.
  Sweeping and mopping floors.
• Operate trash compactor and dishwasher, clean, wash and store pots, pans and dishes.
• Washed dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans, using dishwashers or by hand.
• Placed clean dishes, utensils, or cooking equipment in storage areas.
• Maintained kitchen work areas, equipment, or utensils in clean and orderly condition.
• Stocked supplies, such as food or utensils, in serving stations, cupboards, refrigerators, or salad bars
