FIT-OUT LEAD
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in architecture (specialty in Interior Design is preferred).
- 7+ years of related experience is required, with a minimum 4 years’ experience as a design manager/lead Interior Designer in high-end hospitality projects.
- Certification from recognized international professional bodies such as RIBA or AIA is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong team ethic
Responsibilities:
- studies, programming, schematic documents, design development documents, and construction documents.
- Manage and develop strong relationships with all stakeholders. This includes working side-by-side in a team environment with us
- Managing Principals, Project Managers, Architects, Interior Designers, and Emerging Professionals on active production.
- Ensure designs produced by others are constructible, code-compliant and in line with regulatory requirements.
- Manage deliverables by others required for authorities permitting.
- Prepare Mockup strategy across the program in line with Operators requirements and guidelines.
- Lead communication and coordination with End Users/Operators to ensure Interior design/Fit Out requirements are fully met.
- Contributing with other disciplines to ensure proper coordination of the deliverables
