Hot Section Chef

Qualifications:

• Male applicants
• Minimum of 2 years work experience
• Can perform duties as Pastry Chef in a fine dining restaurant

Responsibilities:

• Can perform duties as Hot Section Chef in a fine dining restaurant
• Hot Section Chef examines the menus of the next day, prepares the list of needs and submits them to the relevant person after they are approved by the kitchen chef.
• A hot kitchen chef is a kitchen that supports the use of heat in cooking all sorts of ingredients, whether by boiling, steaming, frying, stir-frying, stewing or roasting, etc.
• Estimates food stocks, ordering supplies for the outlets supervise portion control and quantities of preparation to minimize wastage and ensure customer gets value for money.
