Qualifications:
- Female only
- Minimum of 2 years work experience
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and helpful manner.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Ensure a positive customer experience to build loyalty and repeat business.
- Develop a deep understanding of Sumsum Sweets’ products, including ingredients, flavors, and special features.
- Effectively communicate productinformation to customers and answer any questions they may have.
- Actively engage with customers to promote and sell Sumsum Sweets’ products.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue goals of the store.
- Use persuasive and effective sales techniques to encourage purchases.
- Maintain attractive and organized displays of Sumsum Sweets’ products to attract customers and stimulate sales.
- Monitor and replenish stock levels on the sales floor.
- Assist with receiving and organizing new inventory shipments.
- Conduct periodic inventory checks to ensure accurate stock levels.
- Keep the sales area clean, organized, and presentable.
- Arrange and maintain product displays to enhance visual appeal.
- Participate in promotional activities and events to increase brand awareness and attract customers.
- Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends.
- Work collaboratively with other sales staff and team members to achieve overall store goals.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and superiors.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products to customers.
Requirements Needed:
- Updated Resume with recent clear photo
- High School Diploma if High School Graduate
- Diploma and TOR if College Graduate
- Employment certificates (previous to present)
- Trainings attended
- Exit visa and Iqama id (Ex Saudi)
- Passport copy (1 year valid)
