Heavy Diesel Engine Mechanic

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 15 years work experience
• The ideal candidate should hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering from an internationally recognized university.
• Membership in an international project management association is preferred but not mandatory.
• PMP certification is strongly preferred.

Job Description:

• Create and manage comprehensive budgets for projects and departments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather necessary financial information for budgeting purposes.
• Ensure budgets align with organizational goals and objectives.
• Monitor budget performance and make adjustments as needed.
• Monitor project costs and expenditures to ensure compliance with approved budgets.
• Analyze cost trends and identify areas of concern or potential cost savings.
• Review and approve cost-related documents, such as purchase orders and invoices.
• Implement cost control measures to minimize expenses without compromising quality.
• Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports, including cost analysis, budget status, and variances.
• Provide insightful financial analysis and recommendations to senior management
• Generate forecasts and projections based on historical data and industry trends.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements
• Develop and implement effective cost control policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement strategies to streamline cost control processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize cost management practices.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging cost control techniques.
