Qualifications:

• Gender: Male/Female
• Previous experience in the restaurant industry, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong leadership abilities to guide and motivate a team effectively.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on delivering a positive dining experience.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage various tasks simultaneously.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with customers, staff, and management.
• Capability to handle challenges and make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations.
• A degree or certification in hospitality or a related field can be advantageous.

Job Description:

• Overseeing daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures, ensuring a smooth flow of service, and maintaining quality standards.
• Supervising and guiding staff, assigning duties, conducting training, and monitoring their performance to ensure excellent customer service.
• Ensuring a positive customer experience by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
• Managing inventory levels, conducting regular stock checks, and placing orders for supplies as needed.
• Ensuring food quality, presentation, and adherence to safety and hygiene standards.
• Monitoring revenue, expenses, and budget adherence, identifying areas for cost control or improvement.
• Creating staff schedules, managing labor costs, and ensuring adequate coverage during busy periods.
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, food handling protocols, and licensing requirements.
