Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in kitchen roles, including 5-star international hotel experience
- Knowledge in Italian/Portuguese cuisine
Job Description:
- Prepare and dispatch fruit and vegetables, various cuts of meat, fish, seafood and poultry to various operating kitchen to specification.
- Perform all duties include -Cutting, washing, peeling, chopping, making, cooking, garnishing.
- Maintain proper storage of food items in accordance to Food Hygiene manual.

According to the Gemological Institute of America, the 218.08 carat (43.62 g) diamond is the largest cushion-shaped diamond in the world with excellent polish, symmetry and internal flawless D-colour. The diamond, named after Dr. Stanley Ho, is a reflection of SJM’s commitment to delivering ultimate luxury to its guests.
