MILLWRIGHT FITTER

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in Oil & Gas projects
• Knowledge of machinery installation, maintenance, and repair
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics
• Proficient in using hand tools, welding, and measuring equipment
• Strong problem-solving and mechanical skills
• Physically fit and capable of performing hands-on technical work

Responsibilities:

• Supervise construction workers during equipment installation and maintenance
• Operate and work with hand tools, measuring instruments, welding, and brazing equipment
• Disassemble and reassemble machinery for repair or transportation
• Build foundations for machines and equipment
• Construct and install equipment such as shafting, conveyors, and tram rails
• Review and interpret engineering specifications, schematics, and blueprints to determine work procedures
• Transfer equipment to designated sites while maintaining safety and avoiding contamination
• Grind, file, and align machinery parts to required specifications
• Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and project standards
