Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years work experience
- Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within a workshop or maintenance facility.
- Strong technical knowledge of vehicle, machinery, or equipment maintenance and repair processes.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Job Description
- Manage and supervise the workshop team, including mechanics, technicians, and support staff.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and repair plans to ensure efficient workflow.
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to workshop staff based on their skills and expertise.
