The POEA (Philippine Overseas Employment Administration) ensures that job orders from licensed agencies are valid. POEA accredited agencies accept applicants for work abroad on the basis of valid job orders – that there are foreign employers looking for workers. If a job opening has an approved job order, then it means that there is already an employer that may interview and hire you soon.
