POEA accredited agencies accept applicants for work abroad on the basis of valid job orders – that there are foreign employers looking for workers. If a job opening has an approved job order, then it means that there is already an employer that may interview and hire you soon.

About hiring in Greece. An employer is ready to hire me as a housekeeper or nanny in Thessaloniki. I am a Tutor/nanny in UAE since 2011. My contract will end on June 2021. The Greek employer (relative of my previous employer) asked me to work for them. How can they process my job order or papers as an overseas worker? The employer is seeking information on what to do so I can work with them next year.
