WELDER (TIG/MIG)

Qualifications:

  • Applicants must be between 26 and 45 years old.
  • Male or female applicants are welcome to apply.
  • Candidates must be at least High School Graduates or College Level.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience is required.
  • Required specialization: General Welding.
  • Experience in TIG and MIG welding processes is preferred.
  • Ability to read and interpret welding drawings, blueprints, and technical instructions is an advantage.
  • Skilled in the use of welding machines, grinders, and metal fabrication tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
  • Physically fit and capable of working in industrial or fabrication environments.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform TIG and MIG welding on metal components according to project specifications and quality standards.
  • Prepare and align materials prior to welding operations.
  • Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and welding instructions accurately.
  • Operate welding equipment, grinders, and fabrication tools safely and efficiently.
  • Inspect welded joints and finished products to ensure quality and structural integrity.
  • Conduct minor repairs, grinding, and finishing work when required.
  • Maintain welding tools, machines, and work areas in clean and safe condition.
  • Follow workplace safety regulations, PPE requirements, and operational procedures at all times.
  • Coordinate with supervisors and production teams to meet project deadlines and production targets.
  • Report equipment malfunctions, material defects, or safety concerns immediately to supervisors.
