Australian Skilled Migration is seeking experienced and highly skilled Welders specializing in MIG (Metal Inert Gas), FCAW (Flux-Cored Arc Welding), and GMAW (Gas Metal Arc Welding) for employment opportunities in Australia. Successful candidates will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, and welding metal components in accordance with engineering drawings, quality standards, and workplace safety regulations.

WELDER (MIG/FCAW/GMAW)

Qualifications:

• Must have at least 5 years of relevant work experience as a Welder, preferably with overseas experience.
• Must have completed at least one (1) year of college or a one-year vocational course.
• Must be currently residing in the Philippines.
• Proficient in MIG, FCAW, and GMAW welding processes.
• Able to read technical drawings and fabricate components with precision.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality welds.
• Physically fit and able to work in industrial and construction environments.

Responsibilities:

• Perform welding using MIG, FCAW, and GMAW processes on structural steel and other metal components.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, welding symbols, and fabrication specifications.
• Prepare, fit, align, and weld metal parts to meet project requirements and quality standards.
• Inspect completed welds to ensure structural integrity and compliance with applicable codes and specifications.
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot welding equipment and related tools.
• Perform grinding, cutting, and finishing work as necessary.
• Repair or modify welded components when required.
• Adhere to workplace health and safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
• Collaborate with supervisors and other trades to ensure projects are completed on schedule.
• Perform other welding and fabrication duties as assigned by the employer.
