WARD CHARGE NURSE

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years post qualification direct clinical experience in a hospital setting with 3 years experience as Charge Nurse.
• Applicant should be Registered Nurse with PRC License.

Responsibilities:

• Preferably with experience in Rehabilitation Hospital.
• Supervising nursing staff and monitoring their needs.
• Coordinating daily administrative duties, including schedules, nursing assignments, and patient care.
• Managing the nursing care of all patients in the department or ward during their shift.
• Delegating the nursing tasks between the Nurses working in the unit and coordinating with the Physicians when they need nursing assistance
• Monitoring patients’ conditions and responding appropriately if there are changes in the patients’ conditions.
• Overseeing patient admissions, transfers, and discharges.
