• Strong knowledge of fine dining service, etiquette, & food & beverage pairing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain calm & professional in high-pressure environments
• Attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
• Pleasing personality and well-groomed appearance.
