WAITER
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience is required.
- Must be a Bachelor’s/College Degree holder in Hospitality/Tourism Management or a related field.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Strong customer service and guest relations skills.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Professional, presentable, and service-oriented.
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Knowledge of proper food handling, hygiene, and health code standards.
Responsibilities:
- Work independently and consistently provide high-quality service with minimal supervision.
- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Present menus, explain menu items, and assist guests with special requests or dietary requirements.
- Take customer orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen or service team.
- Serve food and beverages to tables promptly and professionally.
- Refill water and beverage glasses as needed.
- Clear and pre-bus tables and maintain clean and organized dining areas.
- Perform service duties such as rolling silverware, delivering racks of cups to service stations, and restocking supplies.
- Wipe tables, remove debris, and maintain cleanliness throughout the dining area.
- Follow proper food handling, hygiene, and health code standards.
- Respond to customer requests and concerns in a courteous and professional manner.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Perform other Food & Beverage service duties as assigned.
