TELEPHONE OPERATOR

Qualifications:

• Minimum Secondary school. Technical education in HVAC field.
• Experience in same position in four/five star hotel
• Positive and appealing attitude, Meets Yes I Can! Attitude Smart , presentable, pleasant and of Pleasing personality
• Provide an excellent and consistent level of service to our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Prior experience as a telephone operator or in a hotel front office/call center role preferred
• Excellent spoken English and a pleasant, clear telephone voice.
• Strong guest service orientation with courteous and professional manners.
• Familiarity with hotel telephone systems, PBX, and computer reservations software (e.g., Opera, Fidelio).
• Capable of handling multiple calls, requests, and messages efficiently.
• Able to coordinate smoothly with front desk, housekeeping, and other hotel departments.
• Quick thinker with the ability to handle guest inquiries or complaints calmly and effectively.
• Maintains guest privacy and handles information with discretion.
• Willing to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by hotel operations.
