TKE ALAT Field Operations Company is seeking a skilled Elevator Service Technician to join our team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inspecting, testing, and maintaining elevator systems to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operation.

TECHNICIAN (ELEVATOR SERVICE TECHNICIAN)

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of working experience as an Elevator Service Technician or in a similar role.
• No minimum educational attainment required.
• Male applicants preferred.
• Strong knowledge of elevator systems, electrical components, and mechanical installations.
• Ability to use diagnostic and testing instruments effectively.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Inspect car hoistways and mechanical installations for proper alignment and clearance.
• Test power consumption and monitor line voltage changes of motors and motor-generator sets under no-load and full-load conditions.
• Use instruments such as tachometers, voltmeters, and ammeters to detect overload factors.
• Adjust counterweights and regulate control systems to compensate for power overload.
• Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of elevator systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational procedures.
• Maintain accurate service and inspection records.
