Team Leader (F&B Operations)

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in Hotel / Fine Dining Restaurants
• 2-3 years in big catering company at the similar position
• Must be strong in operations with ability to manage large catering requirements across multiple locations.

Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain proper documentation of all records and adherence to contractual requirements as well as update in any system/software/application being in usage.
• To Coordinate with Menu Planning for items that are required to be updated.
• To take responsibility for the store forecast, requisition as well as control of all supplies.
• Preparing the delivery nots for proper invoicing.
• Coordinate with HR for team attendance, payroll, or any other administrative tasks as per business needs.
• Assist in drafting correspondence and initiating responses to routine communications.
• Coordinate with departments/ sections in collecting and disseminating information as required.
• Ensures all information related to the department is disseminated to all concerned as required.
• Coordinate and maintain good working relationship with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient information.
• Work with team in operations as per the operational requirements
