WAITER
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years, preferably with VIP clientele.
- Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Should have a pleasing and professional demeanor
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to VIP clientele in a high-end airport lounge setting.
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements.
- Take orders accurately and ensure prompt delivery of food and beverages.
- Anticipate guest needs and provide personalized recommendations based on preferences.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including dining areas and service stations.
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards while handling and serving food and beverages.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service operations.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and efficiency.
- Uphold VIP protocols and etiquette, ensuring discretion and confidentiality at all times.
- Assist with escorting VIP guests through security and immigration processes, if required.
- Stay updated on menu offerings, promotions, and lounge amenities to provide accurate information to guests.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a positive and productive team environment.
- Adhere to all relevant regulations and procedures, including those related to alcohol service and airport security.
- Maintain a polished and professional appearance in line with the lounge’s standards.
- Perform any additional duties assigned by management to ensure the smooth operation of the lounge.
