STORE SUPERVISOR (cosmetics & make-up)

Qualifications:

• Female applicants
• Minimum of 2 years work experience
• Knows how to manage the entire operation of the store, from managing staffs to inventory as well as sale/returns, customer issues and overall store cleanliness.
• Will also work with in-house designer to create and plan social media marketing campaigns of the store based on new arrivals, special promos and special days…etc.
• Fluent in written and spoken English, computer skills and MS Office
• Excellent Communication, Sales and Team management skills
• Preferred to have experience in Watson / Mercury Drug Store or similar place with work in COSMETICS & MAKE-UP

Job Description:

• Prepare and maintain staff duty schedules
• Ensure and maintain cleanliness of the store
• Prepare GRN for local purchases and maintain log of purchases
• Complete Day end process for store and ensure accuracy of transactions
• Attend to customers and staff issues
• Ensure availability of all items by liaising with local purchase staff or preparing foreign order requirement
• Ensure customer returns are attended on a timely manner
• Ensure regular posting of content for social media through the in-house designer
• Plan regular retail promotions and ensure successful implementation
• Ensure sales targets are reached
• Responsible for the smooth functioning and coordination of all tasks assigned
