SALEPERSON/SALE ASSOCIATE (APPAREL INDUSTRY)

Qualifications:

• Female applicants
• Minimum of 2 years work experience
• Proven experience in retail management with a strong preference for experience in luxury fashion or resort wear.
• Passion for luxury fashion and keen eye for detail in product presentation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Flexibility to work in a dynamic resort environment, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work in multicultural environment.
• Familiarity with Point-of sales system and inventory management software

Responsibilities:

• Reporting to duty on time
• Greets and intersects with customers
• Treat customers and coworkers with respect and courtesy
• Consults with customers to understand their needs and preferences related to merchandise
• Demonstrates and explains merchandise, selecting and suggesting options suitable for the customer’s needs
• Answer customer questions and assists customers with purchase decisions
• Accurately execute purchases and returns using boutique point of sales system
• Positive attitude and desire to promptly resolve potential customer complaints
• Collaborate with coworkers to achieve sales goals through suggestive selling etc.
• Retrieves merchandise from sales floor, stock room, or other inventory locations
• Assists with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise
