Station Site In Charge

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• To manage every aspect of the day-to-day running of Type I Woqod’s station (Type I Station is with limited facilities of Service Station or Sidra Convenience Store, no APC services included) to ensure that sales, staff, stock, and resources are operational
• Organise and supervise the activities and work of subordinates to ensure that all work within a specific area of the activity is carried out in an efficient manner which is consistent with operating procedures and policy.
• Provide on-the-job training and constructive feedback to subordinates to support their overall development.
• Implementation as per the requirements of the vendors and as per the set promotional plans.
