STAINLESS STEEL SUPERVISOR

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of all stainless-steel fabrication and site installation work
• Able to produce furniture
• Able to interpret shop drawings
• Able to calculate material requirements
• Follow up on procurement team
• Able to lead and supervise a team of 15-20 in the division
• Prepare a daily, weekly, monthly plan and implement it
• Implement quality and safety standards
• Ensure compliance to production schedules, process, efficiency, and budget
• Knowledge in plating methods
• 10 years’ experience in S.S.
• Excellent in understanding shop drawings
• Capable of taking site measurements and guiding the technical team in producing accurate shop drawings
• Can perform duties and responsibilities with minimum supervision
• Has good computer skills
• Good communication skills
