STAFF NURSE
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 1 year of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) holder.
- Must have a valid professional nursing license as required by the applicable authorities.
- Female applicants are preferred for this role.
- Good knowledge of nursing practices, patient assessment, and emergency care procedures.
- Ability to accurately assess and prioritize patients according to the urgency of their condition.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
- Compassionate, responsible, detail-oriented, and committed to patient safety.
Responsibilities:
- Assess and triage incoming patients based on the severity of their injury, illness, or medical condition.
- Identify patients requiring immediate medical attention and prioritize care accordingly.
- Monitor patients’ conditions and promptly report significant changes to physicians and the emergency care team.
- Create, update, and maintain accurate and complete patient records and nursing documentation.
- Assist physicians and other healthcare professionals in the assessment and treatment of patients.
- Work collaboratively with emergency department staff to provide coordinated and efficient patient care.
- Perform nursing procedures and provide appropriate nursing interventions within the scope of professional practice.
- Monitor and record patients’ vital signs and other relevant clinical information.
- Provide appropriate care, comfort, and assistance to patients throughout their stay.
- Follow hospital policies, nursing protocols, infection-control procedures, and patient-safety standards.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information and medical records.
- Communicate professionally with patients, their families, physicians, and other healthcare personnel.
- Respond appropriately to emergency situations and assist in maintaining an organized and safe clinical environment.
- Perform other nursing-related duties as assigned by the nursing supervisor or management.
