Staff Nurse II

Qualifications:

• 2 Years solid experience of post license in a hospital with at least 100 Bed Capacity
• No more than 6 months employment gap

Job Description:

• Provide total, direct nursing care in accordance with the plan of care and needs of the patients with respect for the patient’s privacy, dignity, personal preference, and culture.
• Prepare, administer, and document the administration of all prescribed medication by the physician, managing intravenous lines, observing and monitoring and recording patients’ conditions, maintaining records, and communicating with all healthcare
• Maintain knowledge of resources for therapeutic effects, usual dosages, contraindications, side effects, and adverse reactions for all drugs and parental fluids administered

Salary and Benefits:

• Salary – Specialty Area SAR 4,335
• Specialty Allowance – SAR 450 – 2,250
• Clinic Nurse – SAR 3,551

• MID-YEAR BENEFITS – 10 calendar days post leave and mid-year round trip air ticket (for nursing positions only)

• END OF THE SERVICE BENEFITS: Remuneration computed equivalent to the years of service as follows:
  • Initial 5 years = ½ month current basic salary
