CHARGE NURSE

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years post qualification direct clinical experience, and 3 years experience as Charge Nurse
• At least 2 years experience under: medical wards, ICC, CCU, rehabilitation, long-term care, orthopedic, and neurology wards
• Certified Wound Care Nurse and Stoma care Nurse

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage nursing staff: Oversee daily operations in various wards, ensuring high-quality patient care and fostering a positive work environment.
• Develop and implement patient care plans: Ensure adherence to best practices and clinical guidelines, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive care.
• Provide specialized patient care: Utilize expertise in wound and stoma care, and deliver direct patient care in medical, ICC, CCU, rehabilitation, long-term care, orthopedic, and neurology wards.
• Monitor and improve patient outcomes: Implement quality improvement initiatives and maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Ensure compliance and staff development: Uphold healthcare regulations and standards, participate in staff training, and support professional development programs
