REGISTERED NURSE
Qualifications:
- Minimum two 2 years post qualification direct clinical experience in a hospital setting.
- At least 2 years experience under: medical wards, ICC, CCU, rehabilitation, long-term care, orthopedic, and neurology wards
- Certified Wound Care Nurse and Stoma care Nurse
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct patient care: Provide high-quality nursing care in medical wards, ICC, CCU, rehabilitation, long-term care, orthopedic, and neurology wards.
- Develop and implement care plans: Utilize clinical expertise to create and manage patient care plans, ensuring adherence to best practices and clinical guidelines.
- Specialized wound and stoma care: Apply certified skills in wound and stoma care, delivering specialized treatment to patients as needed.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams: Work with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care.
- Maintain patient records: Ensure accurate documentation of patient care and treatment plans, adhering to hospital policies and healthcare regulations.
