SR. MANAGER PROCESS & EQUIPMENT

Qualifications:

• Must have at least 6 years of relevant work experience in the same position or a related field.
• Must have completed at least high school.
• Open to male and female applicants.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have at least an intermediate level of English proficiency.
• Must have experience with semiconductor devices and manufacturing processes.
• Must possess strong technical knowledge of backend assembly materials and processes.
• Must be capable of identifying process variables, optimizing processes, and developing process capability roadmaps.
• Must have the ability to evaluate equipment and validate process documentation.
• Must demonstrate leadership skills and the ability to coach and train process team members.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the subject matter expert in semiconductor assembly processes and provide technical guidance on backend assembly materials and processes.
• Identify, analyze, and optimize process variables to improve manufacturing performance, product quality, and process stability.
• Develop process capability roadmaps and evaluate equipment to meet current and future manufacturing requirements.
• Provide direction, coaching, mentoring, and technical training to process team members.
• Validate, establish, and document baseline Process of Record (POR), Tool of Record (TOR), and Bill of Materials (BOM) for transferred products and packages.
• Apply knowledge of semiconductor devices, materials, and manufacturing processes to resolve technical issues.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and support the implementation of effective solutions.
• Collaborate with relevant engineering and manufacturing teams to support process transfers and equipment evaluations.
• Maintain accurate technical documentation and ensure process standards are consistently followed.
