Shift Supervisor

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years’ experience in a high-volume, fast-paced outlets
  • At least College Level
  • Experience of managing a high number of dedicated and energetic individuals
  • Excellent communications skills in English
  • Computer knowledge

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Assistant Manager to ensure all operations are in line with company procedures, supervise team members and ensure quality and hygiene standards are met.
  • Work closely with the Operations team and business management to ensure that targets are met and exceeded.

Requirements:

  • Must have a valid passport for more than 3 years
  • Employment certificates
  • NBI clearance valid for at least 1 year with “no derogatory / no record on file” remarks
  • PEOS certificate
