Qualifications:

• With 2 years relevant experience
• Male Applicants
• Must be a Bachelor’s / College Degree holder in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or similar fields.
• we require candidates with at least four years of experience and a focus on secretarial work, either as a secretary to the CEO or general manager

Job Description:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field.
• Managing and organizing calendars and schedules for management and staff.
• Coordinating meetings and appointments, including arranging travel and accommodations
• Managing and maintaining accurate records and files, including confidential information
• Communicating with clients and vendors, including responding to inquiries and processing order
• Drafting and proofreading correspondence, reports, and other documents.
• Monitoring and ordering office supplies and equipment
• Performing other administrative tasks as needed, such as data entry and filing.
• candidates should have excellent communication and organizational skills
• They should be able to multitask and prioritize effectively and have strong attention to detail
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office software, are also essential.
