We need the following positions for Saudi Arabia:

SECRETARY

Qualifications:

• 5 yrs experience as DC in a good EPC / consultant firm.
• Record all in and out document transactions.
• Knowledge of server-based document management or computer-based document storage system with proper classification and indexing.
• Knowledge of document / drawing numbering system and preparing transmittals for submission to client.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS office, Emailing and English language.

Job Description:

• Manage division head calendar/Dairy Manage flight reservation of employees and contractors
• Manage timesheet, overtime, and leave request Prepare weekly, monthly reports and highlights
