SECRETARY

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience as a Secretary, Administrative Assistant, or similar administrative role.
• Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s / College Degree in Others or a related field.
• Female applicants are preferred for this role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office productivity tools.
• Ability to prepare professional reports, correspondence, and meeting documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced office environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily administrative and clerical operations of the office.
• Coordinate calendars, schedule appointments, meetings, and business activities.
• Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and distribute meeting documentation.
• Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and other business documents.
• Maintain and update digital and physical filing systems for easy retrieval of records.
• Receive, screen, and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
• Organize and maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory.
• Assist in coordinating travel arrangements and other administrative requirements when necessary.
• Ensure confidentiality of company documents and sensitive information.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned by management.
