Specialized Industrial Services Co. Ltd. (SISCO) is seeking experienced Scaffolders to support oil and gas construction projects in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidates will be responsible for erecting, modifying, inspecting, and dismantling scaffolding structures to provide safe access for construction, maintenance, and inspection activities while ensuring compliance with project requirements and safety regulations.

SCAFFOLDER

Qualifications:

• Age requirement: 25 to 49 years old.
• Open to first-time applicants and ex-abroad workers.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in oil and gas construction projects.
• Proven experience as a Scaffolder in construction, industrial, or oil and gas environments.
• Knowledge of scaffolding systems, erection techniques, and safety regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret scaffolding drawings and work instructions.
• Physically fit and capable of working at heights and in demanding construction site conditions.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and quality workmanship.

Responsibilities:

• Erect, modify, and dismantle scaffolding systems for construction and maintenance activities.
• Inspect scaffolding components before installation to ensure they meet safety and quality standards.
• Assemble scaffolding according to engineering drawings, project specifications, and approved procedures.
• Ensure scaffolding structures are stable, secure, and safe for use by workers.
• Install guardrails, platforms, ladders, toe boards, and other safety components.
• Conduct routine inspections and report any damaged or unsafe scaffolding materials.
• Follow company policies, client requirements, and oil and gas construction safety standards.
• Maintain scaffolding tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and organized condition.
• Coordinate with supervisors and other construction personnel to complete scaffolding work efficiently.
• Perform other scaffolding-related duties as assigned by the employer.
