Nesto Hypermarket is seeking enthusiastic, customer-focused, and motivated Salesmen (Electronics and Appliances) to join its retail team in the United Arab Emirates. The successful candidates will assist customers in selecting electronic products and home appliances, provide product information and recommendations, achieve sales targets, and deliver excellent customer service. SALES MAN (Electronics and Appliances)

Qualifications:

• With or without work experience; experience in retail sales, particularly in electronics or appliances, is an advantage.
• Must be 35 years old or below.
• Must have a pleasing personality with excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong selling, interpersonal, and customer relationship skills.
• Willingness to learn about electronic products, home appliances, and current market trends.
• Honest, dependable, and capable of working in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Flexible to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and public holidays as required.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional, and personalized assistance.
• Promote and sell a wide range of electronic products and home appliances based on customer needs and preferences.
• Demonstrate product features, specifications, and proper usage to customers.
• Recommend suitable products, accessories, warranties, and promotional offers to maximize customer satisfaction.
• Maintain an attractive and organized product display, ensuring shelves are fully stocked and properly labeled.
• Monitor inventory levels and report stock shortages or damaged items to the supervisor.
• Assist customers with product inquiries, comparisons, pricing, and after-sales concerns.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, new arrivals, and current promotions.
• Work closely with the cashier and warehouse teams to ensure smooth sales transactions and product availability.
• Follow company policies, sales procedures, and workplace safety standards.
• Perform other related duties assigned by management.
