Restaurant Supervisor

Qualifications:

• Two-year college or technical school in Hospitality Management
• More than two years of experience in a hotel or equivalent restaurant

Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing a specified restaurant to brand and company standards.
• Supervise table reservations and guest flow to maximize turnover,
• Conduct table visits in the Manager’s absence, and ensure guests are welcomed in a warm and friendly manner to maintain strong customer relations
• Assist the Restaurant Manager in managing outlet operations to achieve maximum guest satisfaction.
• Liaise with the kitchen on food quality, assist with special promotions, and support hostess and waiting staff during peak service.
• Ensure the restaurant is properly set up before opening, maintain audio-visual and lighting levels, enforce lost-and-found procedures, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
• Compile incident reports and conduct shift briefings when the Manager is absent.
• Assign responsibilities to subordinates and monitor their performance.
• Update the employee notice board, check shift attendance against schedules, conduct daily uniform inspections, and assist the Manager with employee check-outs at the end of shifts.

Requirements:

• Must have a valid passport for more than 3 years
• Employment certificates
• NBI clearance valid for at least 1 year with “no derogatory / no record on file” remarks
• PEOS certificate
