Restaurant Manager

Qualifications:

  • 2 years of retail or restaurant experience with a proven track record of controlling costs.
  • College graduate
  • Excellent communication and management skills
  • Food and service knowledge
  • People-oriented, strong team motivator, capable of identifying and developing high-quality team members,
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure full compliance with company policies
  • Properly represent the restaurant to the public, and maintain weekly touchpoints with the Operations Manager regarding schedules, budgets, and operational performance
  • Conduct weekly one-on-ones with staff, communicate policy updates immediately, and report any operational issues promptly to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Must have a valid passport for more than 3 years
  • Employment certificates
  • NBI clearance valid for at least 1 year with “no derogatory / no record on file” remarks
  • PEOS certificate
