Australian Skilled Migration is seeking experienced and skilled Renderers / Cement Plasterers to join construction projects in Australia. The successful candidates will be responsible for applying cement render and plaster finishes to exterior building surfaces, ensuring high-quality workmanship and compliance with industry standards.

RENDERER / CEMENT PLASTERER

Qualifications:

• Must have at least 5 years of relevant work experience as a Renderer, Cement Plasterer, or in a similar role.
• Must have proven experience in exterior rendering and cement plastering of buildings.
• Must have completed at least one (1) year of college or a one-year vocational course.
• Skilled in surface preparation, material mixing, and application of cement render finishes.
• Physically fit and able to work in various weather conditions and construction environments.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality workmanship.

Responsibilities:

• Apply cement render and plaster to exterior walls, façades, and other building surfaces.
• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, repairing, and applying bonding agents before rendering.
• Mix cement, sand, lime, and other materials to achieve the required consistency and finish.
• Install and finish various types of cement render, including textured and smooth finishes.
• Repair damaged rendered and plastered surfaces as required.
• Ensure all work is completed according to construction drawings, specifications, and Australian quality standards.
• Operate and maintain plastering tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Follow workplace health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Coordinate with supervisors and other trades to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the employer.
