QA/QC DOCUMENT CONTROLLER

Qualifications:

• Male applicants preferred for this role.
• Bachelor’s or College Degree in Business Studies, Administration, Management, or related fields.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in document control, preferably in QA/QC or engineering projects.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Proficient in document management principles, practices, and software tools.
• Exceptional attention to detail to ensure document accuracy and compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Manage, organize, and maintain QA/QC documents to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency across projects.
• Implement document control procedures in line with company policies and project requirements.
• Use document management software tools efficiently to track, retrieve, and archive project documents.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely submission, approval, and distribution of documents.
• Monitor deadlines and manage multiple documents and tasks simultaneously.
• Maintain meticulous records to support audits, inspections, and project reporting requirements.
