PROPERTY MANAGER

Qualifications:

• 30 – 50 years old.
• With at least 5 years experience in real estate or sales management bachelors degree of any field
• With experience in property rentals, cost calculation/overhead cost & taxes efficiency.
• With skills in negotiation & collection of debts, budget &scheduling of expenditures etc.
• At least with background in building maintenance and supervision.

Responsibilities:

• Maintains property rentals by advertising and filling vacancies, negotiating and enforcing leases and maintaining and securing premises
• Enforces occupancy policies and procedures by confronting violators
• Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data and trends
