Qualifications

• Licensed Civil Engineer preferred but not required.

Job Description

• Proven track record of managing construction projects on time, within budget, and to quality specifications
• Strong leadership and communication skills to manage project teams, subcontractors, and clients
• In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes
• Experience in project planning, scheduling, and cost control
