PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years work experience
• With ISO/HACCP/GMP/ Productivity/ Kaizen experience

Job Description:

• A Production Supervisor is directly responsible for overseeing and organizing the equipment, staff, and processes on a production floor.
• They will oversee scheduling and routine production activities as well as acting as the first line of support for troubleshooting should problemsarise.
• Plans employee shifts and work schedules.
• Coordinates job assignments and cross-training between and within divisions.
• Provides feedback on employee work performance.
• Use instruments to test the performance of electromechanical assemblies
• Ensure all manufacturing goes smoothly and efficiently by closely monitoring how employees organize their workflows

Requirements:

• Valid passport ( 2 years validity)
• Updated resume
• Certificate of Employment
• PEOS and EREG
