PROCESS ENGINEER
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree or College Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in one or more of the following roles:
- Assembly Process Engineer
- New Product Introduction (NPI) Engineer
- Product Engineer
- Experience in semiconductor assembly or related processes is an advantage, particularly in:
- Die attach / die bond
- Wire bonding (WB)
- Surface-mount technology (SMT)
- Wafer grinding
- Flip-chip bonding
- Molding
- Laser marking
- Substrate sawing
- Ball attach
- Wafer sawing
- Knowledge of process planning, production troubleshooting, material evaluation, and process improvement.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to coordinate with production teams and respond to customer technical requirements.
- Candidates from electronics, electrical engineering, and other science- or engineering-related courses may be considered, subject to the employer’s requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in implementing process planning, new product introduction (NPI), and process improvement initiatives.
- Support the monitoring and management of production line abnormalities.
- Help identify production issues and coordinate corrective actions to improve manufacturing performance.
- Assist in evaluating materials and developing new materials for production processes.
- Support customer request management and coordinate technical requirements with relevant teams.
- Assist in preparing for and managing customer audits.
- Work with production, engineering, and quality teams to maintain process stability and product quality.
- Support process optimization, technical documentation, and continuous improvement activities.
- Follow manufacturing procedures, quality requirements, and workplace safety standards.
